እኛ የደብረሰላም መድኀኔዓለም ቤ.ክ. የጤና ክፍል ከስንበት ት/ቤት እና ከስበካ ጉባኤው ጋር በመተባበር አመታዊ የጤና ቀን መርኅግብርን (5K Run &Walk) በታላቅ ድምቀት ለማክበር በዝግጅት ላይ መሆናችንን ስንገልጽላችሁ እጅግ በጣም ደስ እያለን ነው። እርስዎም በተለያዩ የአካል እንቅስቃሴዋች እና መዝናኛዎች ላይ በመሳተፍ  አብራችሁን ስትዝናኑ እድትውሉ በአክብሮት ተጋብዘዋል።

• ቀኑ  – ቅዳሜ June 7,2025
• ሰዓቱ –  ከ7 am ጀምሮ
• አድራሻው : Como Regional Park

በቀኑ ከሚኖሩን ክንውኖች መካከል

• የጤና ምርመራዋች 
• የ5ሺ ሜትር ርቀት እርምጃ እና ሩጫ
• የተለያዩ ውድድሮች: ጨዋታዎች እና የአካል እንቅስቃሴዋች
• ለሽያጭ የሚቀርቡ ምግቦች እና መጠጦች ጥቂቶቹ ናቸው።

ይህንን ቀን ከወዳጅ ዘመዶቾ እና ከመላው ቤተሰቦቾ ጋር ተዝናንተው እና ተደስተው የሚውሉበት ቀን እንደሚሆን እያረጋገጥን ይሄ ከወዲሁ እንዲዘጋጁ በማክበር እናስታውቃለን::

በእለቱ በሚኖሩት ፕሮግራሞች ለመሳተፍ የምትችሉበትን የመመዝገቢያ ፎርም እና የቲኬት ሽያጭ በቅርቡ እንጀምራለን::
